The Terms and Conditions for Use of Website and Application (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions between the One 31 Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") for services that enable content to be streamed, replayed, or downloaded through the Internet to viewing devices such as mobile phones, computers, televisions, and other devices that can connect to the Internet today and may occur in the future. The User may watch TV programs, news, sports news, programs, dramas, series, live sports, or other programs and services via the website www.oned.net and the application called “oneD” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), which is provided by the Company, including any additional or supplementary services that the User agrees to receive from the Company.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Minor” means a person who has not yet reached 20 years of age.
1.2 “User” means a person who registers for the Company’s service.
1.3 “Service” means the oneD Application.
2. Terms and Conditions of Service Use
The Terms and Conditions of Service Use (“Terms and Conditions of Service Use”) sets out the terms between the User and the website www.oned.net and the oneD application. This includes all content, fees, and services provided on the website and the oneD application across Android, iOS, and any other operating systems supported by oneD. The User is required to adhere to these Terms and Conditions of Service Use. The User shall comply with these Terms and Conditions of Service Use. By accessing or using www.oned.net and the oneD application (“Website or Application”) under the supervision of the Company or any other company authorized by the Company to manage it. The User agrees and is considered to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Service Use appearing on the Website or Application as legally binding (“Conditions”). The User also agrees to follow the Privacy Policy and other rules, procedures and conditions posted on the Website or Application for accessing or using the oneD service. This includes User who can view television programs, news, sports news, programs, dramas, series, live sports broadcasts, or other services with proper copyrights via Internet streaming or downloading to viewing devices such as mobile phones, TVs, and other devices as determined by the Company. It also includes any additional or supplementary services that the User agrees to receive from the Company when accessing or using services on the platform that acts as a medium between the User as an interested party, and also includes User or persons who wish to watch television programs, news, sports news, programs, dramas, series, live sports broadcasts, or other related services through the oneD service. The User may watch such content via the Company’s website, application, or other platforms under the conditions specified by the Company.
3. User Registration and User Account
The User acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in these User Terms and Conditions of Service, along with any future amendments that may be made. By utilizing the Company's services, Users are considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Service. Users acknowledge that the Company retains the authority to modify, amend, or change the Terms of Service, user benefits, and user terms and conditions (applicable to both General User and oneD PREMIUM Users), as deemed necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, altering, adding, removing, or updating User benefits and/or service types, User packages, and pricing standards; correcting Usernames; modifying benefit details; adding or changing content and/or rules that may require additional payment; and updating and developing specific service functions. The Company will inform User of such modifications via the service page, the platform, or other suitable methods.
3.1 User Registration
The User must register an account on the website or application (“User Account”) and provide information including username, password, and other user-related information as specified by the Company. Such information must be true, accurate, and complete at the time of use, and the User shall update such information to keep it current at all times when notified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or refuse to provide the service if the User does not update their information.
3.2 Types of Users
There are two (2) types of users
3.2.1 A General User means a User who signs up free of charge to access services by registering via mobile number, email, user ID, or by linking to the User’s personal Facebook, Google, or Apple account. The User agrees that by linking the service account with Facebook, Google, or Apple, The User consents to the Company, its affiliates, its shareholders, and business partners collecting and using the User's personal data, including Username, email address, phone number, and any other required information, to the utmost extent permitted by law. The User shall receive access to television programs, news, sports news, programs, dramas, series, live sports broadcasts, or other related services designated by the Company as Advertising Video on Demand, or viewing with advertisements, without service fee.
3.2.2 oneD PREMIUM means a User who agrees to subscribe to these Terms and Conditions of Service Use in order to access the Service by registering via mobile phone number, email, User code, or by linking the User’s personal Facebook, Google, or Apple account. The User agrees that, by linking the service registration account with Facebook, Google, or Apple, the User consents to the Company, its affiliates, the Company’s shareholders, the Company’s business partners, and other parties to collect and use the User’s personal data to the extent not contrary to law (e.g., name, email address, telephone number, and other required information). The User can view television programs, news, sports news, programs, dramas, series, live sports broadcasts, or other related services without limitation as SVOD (Subscription Video on Demand) as an advertisement-free service (pre-roll/mid-roll), excluding advertisements during commercial breaks in live streaming television programs. The Company shall charge a User fee on a monthly, 3 (three)-month, or annual basis, according to the User’s preferences, and the User may access the oneD PREMIUM Service once payment for the oneD PREMIUM package has been successfully completed.
3.3 oneD PREMIUM Service Packages and Payment Channels
The User who agrees to subscribe to the oneD PREMIUM service may choose from the following service packages:
3.3.1 Monthly Package (30 days) with automatic renewal Payments are charged each billing cycle through available payment methods (now or in the future) as determined by the payment service provider, including purchases via payment intermediaries (e.g., credit/debit card) on www.oned.net and the oneD application, as well as mobile phone billing or other communication-based payment methods. The User authorizes automatic recurring charges when due and may cancel in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms. The subscription will automatically renew, and the next charge will be made within 24 hours.
3.3.2 Three-month Packages (90 days) with automatic renewal per billing cycle through credit card payment channels, including purchases viewing package via payment intermediaries (e.g., credit card) on the website www.oned.net and the oneD application, as well as mobile phone billing. The User agrees to allow automatic deductions per cycle as payment for the service when due and may cancel at any time. The viewing package may begin with a promotional offer such as a free trial for first-time User, or subscribers or a special discounted price during a specific promotional period, which shall be specified during the package purchase or User registration process.
Three-month Packages (90 days) with automatic renewal: payment shall be charged through the User’s operating system account ID on their mobile device. Upon confirming the package purchase, the User may access the service for the specified period. Upon expiration, the system will automatically renew and deduct the service fee within 24 hours.
3.3.3 Annual Package (365 days) with automatic renewal per billing cycle through credit card payment channels, including package purchases via payment intermediaries (e.g., credit card) on the website www.oned.net and the oneD application, as well as mobile phone billing. The User agrees to allow automatic deductions per cycle as payment for the service when due and may cancel at any time. The viewing package may begin with a promotional offer such as a free trial for first-time User, or subscribers or a special discounted price during a specific promotional period, which shall be specified during the package purchase or User registration process.
Annual Package (365 days) with automatic renewal: payment shall be charged through the User’s operating system account ID on their mobile device. Upon confirming the package purchase, the User may access the service for the specified period. Upon expiration, the system will automatically renew and deduct the service fee within 24 hours.
3.3.4 Top-up Code or Promotional Code Packages purchased through online channels or received from partner distributors. The User must purchase or obtain the code and enter it on the website www.oned.net or the oneD application to activate the service according to the number of days and conditions specified for each code.
3.4 In the event that the User no longer wishes to renew the User account automatically, the User must disable automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current usage period. By enabling/disabling automatic renewal in the User Account settings after selecting a package. If automatic renewal is disabled, the system will be unable to process payment, and the User service will be unavailable from the unpaid billing cycle onward. After cancellation, the User may continue using the oneD PREMIUM service until the end of the current valid period.
3.5 Payment made through the operating system account ID of the mobile service provider shall be deemed as the User’s acknowledgment and acceptance of the billing system’s terms and conditions. The service provider shall not be responsible for any damage or expenses the User may incur as a result of such actions.
4. User Account
4.1 The User must use their User Account and password personally and exercise reasonable care and responsibility to prevent any unlawful use of the account. The Company shall deem all activities conducted using such account to have been performed by the User. Each account under the Service is intended for personal use only and belongs solely to the account owner. The User may not transfer, assign, or lend their account to any third party, and third parties are not permitted to receive a transfer or assignment of account rights from the User.
4.2 The User’s right to use the Service shall terminate when the Service period expires without renewal, or when the User’s account is suspended or deleted for any reason. The User’s account cannot be restored even if deleted unintentionally.
4.3 The User agrees and acknowledges that the Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the User in the event the Service period expires without renewal, or the Company suspends or deletes the User’s account for any reason whatsoever.
4.4 If the User commits any fraudulent act in connection with the use of the Service, any part of the Service, the website, or the application, or seeks to gain benefits for themselves from the Service or any part of the website or application by fraudulent means, whether intentional or not, including, but not limited to, buying or selling User Accounts to access content, programs, or materials designated for specific User. If the Company deems or considers that such actions may cause direct or indirect damage to the Company, the Company shall have the sole discretion to suspend or terminate the User’s account without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to take legal action against the User.
4.5 The User agrees to use the Company’s services solely for lawful purposes under these Terms and Conditions and shall not use the services for personal commercial benefit or any other purpose contrary to law or public morals.
4.6 The User agrees and accepts that by using the Service through the website and/or application, the User is deemed to have fully agreed and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and such acceptance shall be complete and irrevocable.
4.7 In the case where the User is under 20 years of age, the User may use the Service only upon obtaining consent or guidance from a parent or legal guardian to understand these Terms and Conditions. For convenience in using the Service, the date on which the User accepts the Company’s Terms and Conditions shall be deemed as the parent’s or guardian’s implicit acceptance and authorization of these Terms and Conditions. If the User avoids or provides false information, the Company shall not be responsible for any use of the Service in such cases. Moreover, if the Company suffers any damage due to such avoidance or false information, the User shall be solely liable for such damage.
4.8 In the case where the User uses the Service on behalf of or for the purpose of a juristic person, such juristic person shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions as well, and such acceptance shall be valid and irrevocable.
4.9 The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions whenever it deems necessary without prior notice to the User, and such amendments shall take effect upon being announced on the website and/or application. If the User continues to use the Service thereafter, it shall be deemed that the User has fully and irrevocably consented. The User should regularly review the Terms and Conditions when using the Service, as specific notifications of amendments may not be provided.
4.10 In the event that the User fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments, or if the Company considers that the User’s use of the Service may cause direct or indirect damage to the Company in any manner, the Company reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the User’s account immediately without prior notice. The User agrees that the Company’s decision shall be final and unchallengeable.
5. Confidential Information and Personal Data
5.1 The User agrees to be responsible for maintaining their own account and password, which shall be treated as confidential information. The User shall not disclose such information to any person whatsoever and shall be responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Service and any testing thereof. In the event that any information under the User’s custody/control is stolen through electronic means, lost, or damaged due to force majeure or any other cause, the User, as the person responsible for the account, shall be fully liable, and the Company shall not be responsible in any respect. The Company shall have no involvement or liability in connection with any use, granting, transfer, sale, lease, loan, assignment, license, pledge, joint use, or transfer of rights of the account and password in any form whatsoever.
5.2 Collection of Personal Data. The User agrees that the Company may access, collect, disclose, and use the User’s personal data recorded or entered into the system or contained in any documents issued by government agencies, or otherwise lawfully collected by the Company under applicable law in force while the User remains a User or as amended after the User becomes a User, including date of birth, address, telephone number, email, Facebook account, any purchase list / purchase or service history, as well as any information provided through inquiries or interactions with the Company, such as feedback, comments, or questions. The User agrees and consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data for the following purposes:
5.2.1 To perform the contract between the User and the Company or between the Company and other persons for the benefit of the User; to process data to improve the efficiency of products and services; to organize or conduct marketing relating to products, services, and benefits; to organize promotional activities; to conduct research, analysis, and market surveys; to prepare statistical data; and to introduce new products or services to User in general or individual User. The Company shall use such data in accordance with the stated purposes and to achieve maximum benefit. The collection and use of such data shall comply with the Company’s established principles and policies and applicable laws.
5.2.2 Disclosure of Personal Data
User agree and acknowledge that the Company may disclose or transfer personal data to companies within The One Enterprise Public Company Limited group, including but not limited to: The One Enterprise Public Company Limited, ONE 31 Co., Ltd., Exact Scenario Co., Ltd., Acts Studio Co., Ltd., GMM Channel Holding Co., Ltd., GMMTV Co., Ltd., Change2561 Co., Ltd., GMM Media Public Co., Ltd., A-Time Media Co., Ltd., GMM Studios International Co., Ltd., One Sanook Co., Ltd., Good Things Happen Co., Ltd., Pabdee Taweesuk Co., Ltd., Ginger X Co., Ltd., Teefah Studios Co., Ltd., Stream Co., Ltd., Gemistry Studio Co., Ltd., and OneD Streaming Co., Ltd., as well as related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, associated companies, GMM Grammy Public Company Limited, GMM Music Public Company Limited, GMM X One Co., Ltd., and shareholders, sellers, service providers, merchants, business partners, strategic partners, contractors, and third parties of the Company both domestic and international, including auditors, external examiners, and government agencies as required by law.
5.2.3 Duration of Personal Data Retention and Use
The User agrees that the Company and the persons or entities specified in Clause 5.2.2 may use the User’s personal data throughout the period during which the User remains a User and shall destroy or render such personal data non-identifiable within 90 days from the date the User account terminates subject to Company’s sole discretion, except where the data cannot be destroyed or deleted due to the Company’s necessity to retain it under contractual obligations with other parties or as required by law.
5.2.4 Rights of Personal Data Owners
The User has the right to view and obtain a copy of their personal data collected, used, or disclosed by the Company. If the Company has obtained any personal data without the User’s consent, the User may request the Company to delete or destruct of data, suspension of processing, or anonymization, particularly where the User has canceled account or where the Company uses data beyond the stated purposes. 6. Services
6.1 General Provisions
6.1.1 The User may use the Service only within the territory authorized by the Company.
6.1.2 The User agrees and understands that the Company may, at its discretion, limit the User’s right to access any part or all of the Service based on the conditions and qualifications of the User as deemed necessary by the Company, such as age, individual characteristics, current User account status, and other factors as the Company deems appropriate. The Company reserves the right to determine, amend, or modify such conditions and qualifications for access to the Service without prior notice to the User.
6.1.3 The Company may modify or suspend any part or all of the Service at any time as it deems appropriate, without prior notice to the User.
6.1.4 The Company may suspend the provision of the Service to any particular User without prior notice and/or take legal action against such User as the Company deems appropriate if the Company becomes aware that the User has committed any act contrary to law, these Terms and Conditions, or the specific terms and conditions of any individual service, including the Privacy Policy.
6.1.5 The Company may add, cancel, revoke, amend, and/or modify, including suspend access to, use of, and/or publication of any part of the Service, including any content on the Service (including but not limited to databases, data, images, drawings, videos, audio, computer programs, translations, and/or downloadable files, or any content accessible on or within the Service) that is illegal or as the Company deems appropriate.
6.2 Online TV, News, and Replay Services (Streaming)
6.2.1 The User agrees and acknowledges that the Company has sole discretion in determining the details and format of the services provided on the website or application, whether in part or in whole.
6.2.2 The User acknowledges and accepts upon registration that the provision of the Service under this Agreement is subject to certain limitations that may affect service quality. Such limitations include, but are not limited to, the service area, broadband Internet speed, number of active Users at any given time, condition and performance of the User’s computer, Internet traffic load on the network, distance and quality of the service network, performance of ADSL modems or routers, server performance of other providers, and other factors beyond the Company’s control. Therefore, the quality of the video and audio signals used to display online TV, news, and replay programs (Streaming) through the Company’s services depends on these limitations and the Company therefore does not warrant or guarantee the quality of any content displayed through its services.
6.2.3 The User acknowledges that the Company shall not be responsible for any damage or loss arising from interruptions in the Service or from the use of the Service, regardless of the cause.
7. Responsibilities and Duties of the User
7.1 The User shall not cause disturbance to, or behave in any manner that obstructs, the operations of the Company or the provision of the Company’s website or application services.
7.2 The User is prohibited from disclosing information related to the Service without the Company’s prior consent.
7.3 The User shall comply with these Terms and Conditions of Service and any other applicable laws.
7.4 The User shall not publish personal information of themselves or others in public, and the User is prohibited from publishing any articles, statements, images, or materials of any kind that are defamatory, inappropriate, pornographic, obscene, vulgar, or offensive while using the Service.
7.5 The User shall not violate any law, including infringing the intellectual property of the Company, the Service, the content, or any other rights in any form whatsoever.
7.6 The User shall not import, export, or distribute any virus or engage in any form of hacking.
7.7 If a User discovers that the Service is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law through the User’s account or password, the User shall immediately notify the Company. If such unauthorized use results from the User’s own negligence, the Company shall not be held liable in any respect.
8. Advertising
The Company reserves the right to display advertisements for the Company and/or its affiliates, business partners, and/or third parties to the User through the Service. The User agrees and acknowledges that such advertisements may include advertisements produced by third parties. Therefore, the Company shall not be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the content of such advertisements.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by the User
The User may cancel the viewing package at any time. After cancellation, the User may continue to access the Service until the end of the current billing period. There shall be no refund of service fees, discounts, trial periods, or remaining usage days for any period during which the User does not access the Service or does not view content on the oneD PREMIUM Service.
9.2 Termination by the Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the provision of the Service without prior notice if the User engages in any of the following acts:
1) Posting statements that cause damage, defamation, or loss of reputation or dignity to others.
2) Using vulgar or abusive language or making references to one’s ancestors or parents.
3) Disturbing or causing damage to the Service.
4) Posting statements supporting fraudulent acts.
5) Infringing upon the rights of others or infringing upon the rights of the Company.
6) Violating these Terms, applicable laws, customs, or public morals.
7) Using images, content, or intellectual property of the Service without authorization.
8) Posting statements with the intent to obtain any benefit without the Company’s authorization.
9) Posting statements containing impolite or vulgar expressions.
10) Posting pornographic or obscene statements or images.
11) Advertising in any form that is unrelated to the Service and directs Users to other websites.
12) Advertising other applications and including any acts intended to persuade or direct Users to other applications.
13) Advertising illegal websites or spam websites.
14) Providing false or misleading information regarding the Service.
15) Impersonating an executive or employee of the Company.
16) Using fraudulent or deceptive methods to top up or make payments.
17) Failing to make payment within the specified time, or where the Company is unable to verify payment due to the User’s payment error. Any top-up or payment for the Service shall be non-refundable under all circumstances, whether in whole or in part.
18) Registering using false information or using another person’s information to register.
19) The User has not accessed the Service for a period longer than specified.
10. Services of Partners/Third Parties
The User agrees and acknowledges that the Company’s services may include content or other services offered by other partners or third parties cooperating with the Company, which are beyond the Company’s control and responsibility. In such cases, those partners or third parties shall be solely responsible for the content and/or services provided. The Company therefore advises the User to read and understand the relevant terms and conditions relating to such content or services before using them.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 The User agrees and acknowledges that the Company’s services are merely a medium for entertainment, news dissemination, and/or the publication of articles for User. The Company does not represent or warrant the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of any content, images, news, and/or articles contained in the said services. Therefore, in the event of any legal disputes, the User agrees to waive all rights to bring any legal action, whether civil or criminal, against the Company and/or its affiliates, and/or the directors, employees, staff, and agents of the Company and/or its affiliates.
11.2 The User agrees and accepts that the Service may contain information, content, or statements that originate from imports, creations, publications, or other acts by third parties or User not related to and beyond the control of the Company. The Company shall have no liability for any such information, content, or statements, including any damage, lawsuit, claim, or tortious act, whether civil or criminal, computer crime, or any legal liability affecting the User’s or any third party’s computer equipment, property, rights, or other related assets, whether arising under contract, tort, criminal liability, or otherwise.
11.3 The User agrees and shall not make any claims against the Company in the event of adjustments to content or services, including the broadcast schedule and times, as deemed appropriate by the Company. Any changes to the announced or advertised broadcast schedule and times shall not be a basis for any lawsuit or claim for damages against the Company.
11.4 The Company does not ensure that any portion or all of its services will be free of defects or issues. The Company is not responsible for any damages that may result from the use of the services, adjustments to the broadcast schedule and times, malfunctions of the services, or inability to use the services, whether directly or indirectly. This includes indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, or loss of reputation, rights of use, and opportunities, regardless of whether the Company could have anticipated this.
12. Indemnification
12.1 The User agrees to defend and indemnify the Company, its representatives, directors, employees, and/or affiliates against any lawsuits and compensate third parties for any damages arising from the use of the Service in violation of or contrary to these Terms and Conditions or the law, including but not limited to the infringement of copyrights, intellectual property, or any other rights of third parties. The User further agrees to fully cooperate with the Company in all actions necessary to resolve and settle any issues arising from such circumstances.
12.2 The Company shall not be liable for any damages, whether indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, damages anticipated or reasonably foreseeable by the Company or the User) arising out of any breach of contract by the Company or any tortious act resulting from negligence by the Company, its representatives, directors, employees, service providers, and/or affiliates, under any circumstances.
13. Entire Agreement and Waiver
13.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid under applicable law or by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
13.2 The waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to constitute a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. The Company’s failure to exercise any right or enforce any provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.
14. Governing Law
The User agrees and acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. In addition, any disputes arising from the use of the Service under these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
15. Additional Terms
15.1 oneD PREMIUM Service
User Registration
The User’s oneD PREMIUM User account shall remain active continuously from the date of subscription until cancellation. To activate and continue using the oneD PREMIUM User account, the User must make payment in the manner and through the channels specified by the Company until the User is canceled by either the User or the Company. Service fees shall be charged on a monthly, 3 (three)-month or annual basis (please refer to the User registration, service package, and cancellation details stated in this Agreement).
15.2 oneD PREMIUM Service Benefits
15.2.1 Exclusive Content Access for oneD PREMIUM User:
oneD PREMIUM User can access content on the oneD platform both in Thailand and worldwide. However, certain content may be viewable only within Thailand and may not be accessible in other service regions, subject to licensing conditions.
15.2.2 Ad-Free Continuous Viewing:
User can view content continuously without advertisements interrupting the content (excluding pre-roll and mid-roll ads).
15.2.3 TV Application:
User can access and use the application on compatible television devices.
15.2.4 Wireless Connection to TV:
User can connect and cast wirelessly from other devices to their television.
15.2.5 High Definition (1080p):
Content displayed in the application supports a maximum resolution of 1080p (only for content that supports 1080p resolution).
15.2.6 Video Speed Control:
User can adjust the playback speed of videos as desired.
15.2.7 Picture-in-Picture Mode:
User can use the Picture-in-Picture feature to view content in one mode while operating another.
15.2.8 Live TV Streaming:
User can watch live television programs of TV Channel One31 and GMM25 via the oneD application, provided that the Company reserves the right to suspend or change such viewing at its sole discretion.
15.2.9 Dual-Screen Viewing:
User can watch content simultaneously on two screens.
16. Service Charges
16.1 The use of oneD PREMIUM requires payment of service fees according to the specified billing period.
16.2 Users agree that the Company reserves the right to modify the fee rates and formats for oneD PREMIUM subscription fees (including automatic renewal services), promotions, promotional fees, payment fees, and other associated service fees (such adjustments may encompass, but are not limited to, promotions, price increases, etc.). Company will inform Users of any price adjustments via the service page, on the platform, or through other suitable channels.
16.3 The Company shall begin charging service fees under the selected paid package on the day following the expiration of the free trial period (if any) or from the date the User subscribes to a paid package, continuing until the end of the selected billing period. The Company will automatically charge the next billing cycle to communication-based payment methods provided by the User until the User cancels the paid package.
16.4 The Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from payment system errors caused by payment service providers under any circumstances. In the event of payment issues or disputes, the User must directly contact, coordinate with, or file a complaint with the payment service provider.
17. Cancellation of oneD PREMIUM Service
The User may cancel the oneD PREMIUM service in accordance with the conditions specified in the system. The User may cancel a paid package at any time; however, the User agrees and acknowledges that the service fee charged for a paid package constitutes advance payment for the selected service period. Therefore, in the event of cancellation, the User may continue to use and access the service until the end of the paid service period. The Company shall not refund or credit any portion of the service fee under any circumstances.
18. Security
18.1 The User must maintain the security of their account and personal information.
18.2 The User shall not disclose account access information to any other person without authorization.
19. Refund Policy
The Company reserves the right not to issue refunds under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation of the oneD PREMIUM service, the User shall retain the right to use all benefits until the end of the billing period for which payment has already been made.
